En este momento el objetivo de mi plan de investigación involucra el estudio de los cambios de la composición de las paredes celulares de frutos con calidad de exportación cuando se las somete a distintas condiciones postcosecha.Además trabaje, dentro del mismo grupo de investigación, con distintas macro y microalgas de Argentina de haciendo foco en los polisacáridos que conforman las mismas.
