En mi formación académica he desarrollado experiencia en técnicas relacionadas a análisis composicional de alimentos especialmente macrocompuestos (Fehling, kjeldahl, Soxhlet).También he tenido experiencia en el campo de la microbiologia, especialmente técnicas de esterilización, aislamiento y recuento de microorganismos (UFC y NMP). He realizado ensayos de gelificación iónica con diferentes combinaciones de hidrocoloides y caracterización de las capsulas obtenidas como potenciales vehículos de bio-compuestos. Evaluación de tamaño, humedad, actividad acuosa, densidad volumétrica, esfericidad, FTIR. Durante la realización de mi tesina de grado he adquirido capacidades en técnicas para determinar actividad antioxidante (Folin-Ciocalteu, DPPH y ABTS) y para determinar calidad de frutas y bebidas (color CIELab, acidez, pH, %SS, densidad). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
