Mi trayectoria académica se centra en el campo de la planificación territorial y el ambiente. Me interesa analizar la relación entre la percepción y el comportamiento ambiental de los residentes locales y las pequeñas empresas en territorios de expansión urbana, con el objetivo de promover prácticas sostenibles orientadas a reducir la vulnerabilidad ante riesgos de catástrofes. En este sentido, mis aportes están dirigidos tanto a la comunidad, mediante herramientas de educación ambiental, como ... Mi trayectoria académica se centra en el campo de la planificación territorial y el ambiente. Me interesa analizar la relación entre la percepción y el comportamiento ambiental de los residentes locales y las pequeñas empresas en territorios de expansión urbana, con el objetivo de promover prácticas sostenibles orientadas a reducir la vulnerabilidad ante riesgos de catástrofes. En este sentido, mis aportes están dirigidos tanto a la comunidad, mediante herramientas de educación ambiental, como a las políticas públicas de ordenamiento territorial ambiental. En estudios previos, enfoqué mi atención en territorios de interfaz rural, donde, a través del análisis de la percepción ambiental, la conformación de redes comunitarias y la apropiación del espacio, busqué realizar contribuciones al ordenamiento territorial.
