Especialista en Catálisis enzimática, en particular en la preparación, caracterización y estudio fisicoquímico de enzimas inmovilizadas en soportes inorgánicos modificados y biopoliméricos. Se ha adquirido experiencia en la simulación molecular de enzimas y en la simulación ingenieril de las cinéticas de reacción asociadas. Se ha hecho hincapié en los aspectos de aplicaciones en remediación ambiental (eliminación de colorantes fenólicos de soluciones acuosas) y asociadas a la oleoquímica. Se ha desarrollado experiencia en el estudio de sistemas a base de peroxidasa y (bio)miméticos y lipasas, de distintas fuentes. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
