Separación de proteínas utilizando un adsorbente de afinidad preparado a partir de células de levadura Saccharomyces cerevisiae, modificadas por tratamiento químico, con la molécula-ligando Cibacron Blue inmovilizada a la pared celular. Se determinacionó la concentración de ligando acoplado al microsoporte. Se caracterizaron funcionalmente por isotermas de adsorción en el equilibrio a modo de batch utilizando Lisozima y BSA puras como proteínas modelo. Se determinaron la capacidad máxima de adsorción y constantes de disociación. Se analizó selectividad y rendimientos del macroligando de afinidad mediante ensayos de aislamiento de Lisozima, Albúmina de Suero bovino (BSA) y Albúmina de Suero Humana (HSA) a partir de mezclas de proteínas provenientes de una fuente natural de estas como son la clara de huevo, suero o plasma bovino y humano. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
