Soy Doctor en Ciencias Biológicas. Durante mi formación de grado me especialicé en el estudio de la biodiversidad, con un enfoque en taxonomía, florística y biogeografía de plantas. En mi tesis doctoral trabajé en proyectos de domesticación y mejoramiento genético de especies forrajeras nativas de la Patagonia. Actualmente, continúo desarrollando investigaciones orientadas al mejoramiento genético, tecnología de siembra y manejo agronómico de esta especie.
