Mi área de trabajo se relaciona con los estudios migratorios, específicamente con las relaciones interculturales y el lugar del migrante en la sociedad receptora en general, y en el sistema educativo en particular. Con énfasis en estrategias metodológicas cualitativas tales como entrevistas en profundidad, grupos focales, rastreo y análisis de fuentes como textos, documentos, normativa, políticas públicas, herramientas pedagógicas, estadísticas educativas, entre otras, el trabajo que vengo desa... Mi área de trabajo se relaciona con los estudios migratorios, específicamente con las relaciones interculturales y el lugar del migrante en la sociedad receptora en general, y en el sistema educativo en particular. Con énfasis en estrategias metodológicas cualitativas tales como entrevistas en profundidad, grupos focales, rastreo y análisis de fuentes como textos, documentos, normativa, políticas públicas, herramientas pedagógicas, estadísticas educativas, entre otras, el trabajo que vengo desarrollando en diversos espacios de docencia, formación e investigación tiene como foco el estudio de las dinámicas de inclusión y exclusión educativa de las que participan los migrantes, tanto desde el punto de vista del acceso a derechos como del de las representaciones sociales que se construyen desde la sociedad receptora en torno a su presencia.
