He realizado tareas de investigación en el área de los bioprocesos, enzimas fúngicas y parasitología molecular. Adquiriendo experiencia en numerosas técnicas que detallo a continuación. Procesos fermentativos en sistema sumergido y sólido. Enzyme discovery: selección de microorganismos, caracterización y enzimología. Optimización de cepas por mutagénesis y evolución dirigida. Optimización de medios y condiciones de cultivos. Biología Molecular: purificación de DNA, RNA, técnicas de clonado, PCR, RT-PCR, Real Time PCR, inmunoprecipitación proteína/proteína/RNA/DNA, EMSA, Western blot, Northen, Southern blot, primer extention assay. Purificación de proteínas: filtración tangencial, diálisis, precipitación diferencial y técnicas cromatográficas (FPLC/HPLC). Técnicas citológicas: citometría de Flujo. Técnicas de microscopía: microscopía de Fluorescencia, Inmunofluorescencia, FISH, Run-on. Genómica: diseño, análisis e interpretación de datos de microarreglos microarrays, secuenciación Sanger y secuenciación de nueva generación. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
