Me formé en temas relacionados con la biocatálisis enzimática aplicada a la síntesis de pequeños péptidos bioactivos (tema de tesis doctoral: Aislamiento, caracterización y purificación de fitoproteasas. Aplicaciones biológicas y tecnológicas). Durante mi beca posdoctoral, incursioné en temas relacionados a la caracterización de materiales poliméricos y su uso en la biocatálisis heterogénea. Actualmente, mi labor se enmarca en la preparación de biomateriales con propiedades biocatalíticas y con propiedades sortivas específicas (secuestro y aislamiento de nutracéuticos y moléculas bioactivas a partir de extractos alimenticios vegetales) con el fin de evaluar posibles aplicaciones de interés industrial *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
