Soy Lic en Cs Biológicas, y me doctoré en Qca. Inorgánica, Analítica y Qca. Física (FCEN-UBA) en 2013. Tesis:Estabilidad de emulsiones y encapsulación de aceites con propiedades nutraceúticas. Adquirí experiencia en el estudio fisicoquímico de sistemas alimentarios modelo, aplicando técnicas como DRX, DSC, SEM,Turbiscan y MALDI-TOF MS. Realicé mi posdoctorado en el tema Sistema de amplificación catalítica no enzimática para la cuantificación fluorogénica de bioanalitos(INQUIMAE), donde me aboqué al desarrollo de un sistema de detección para cuantificar analitos de interés, a través de microscopía confocal de fluorescencia de molécula única. Desde 2007 al 2016 me desempeñé como docente del DQIAQF, FCEN, UBA. Obtuve el Ingreso a CIC en 2015 en el INTEMA (Mar del Plata) en la síntesis de Plataformas Nanoestructuradas para el desarrollo de Dispositivos de Biosensado. Actualmente trabajo en sensores Raman-SERS para analitos de interés y en el diseño de microrreactores para química fina. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
