La temática de investigación en la que me especializo es la geohidrología. He desarrollado la mayoría de mis investigaciones en zonas extraandinas áridas, semiáridas, y zonas costeras estudiando los procesos hidrodinámicos e hidroquímicos que las caracterizan. Dentro de estas áreas he hecho especial énfasis en la geohidrología de humedales. Mis investigaciones se basan en relevamientos de campo para los que se analiza la geomorfología e instala una red de monitoreo a partir de la cual se miden parámetros fisicoquímicos y extraen muestras de agua y suelo que se analizan posteriormente en laboratorio. Los resultados de mis estudios generan información para el manejo de los recursos hídricos y el manejo de areas naturales protegidas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
