Utilizo como modelo experimental in vivo al pez cebra. Hemos desarrollado diferentes modelos en el pez cebra que nos permiten evaluar la actividad biológica de componentes presentes en los alimentos. Trabajamos en péptidos bioactivos y metabolitos secundarios de plantas de la Norpatagonia.
