Mi campo de aplicación es el de los Alimentos, especialidad: alimentos funcionales y suplementos dietarios: Tema de trabajo "Producción, agrobiotecnología y screening de principios activos para el desarrollo de alimentos funcionales y suplementos dietarios". Utilizo como modelo experimental in vivo al pez cebra. Hemos desarrollado diferentes modelos en el pez cebra que nos permiten evaluar la actividad biológica de componentes presentes en los alimentos.
