Mi formación de grado se encuentra dentro de la Ingeniería Química, con una orientación hacia alimentos hacia el final de la carrera. Luego, durante mi desarrollo profesional he adquirido experiencia en distintos métodos: determinación de actividad de distintas enzimas, cultivo y recuento de distintos microorganismos, microscopía óptica, determinación de calidad fisicoquímica y microbiológica de aguas, métodos moleculares y en especial la reacción en cadena de la polimerasa en tiempo real. Desde el año 2002 mis líneas de trabajo son en aguas y suelos. En aguas principalmente en lo relacionado a calidad microbiológica del agua y su impacto en la salud y en la provisión de agua segura. En suelos en microbiología del suelo para el aislamiento de microorganismos de interés biotecnológico, especialmente apuntando a la biorremediación de suelos contaminados. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
