Me desempeño en las áreas de inmunología y cáncer. Trabaje tanto con neoplasias hematológicas como con tumores sólidos. Tengo experiencia con técnicas de citometría con Inmunomarcación de superficie o intracitoplasmática, westernblot, cuantificación de citoquinas por ELISA, cultivos celulares, transfección y modificación de líneas celulares tumorales, microscopia confocal, aislamiento de PBMC y obtención de macrófagos y células dendríticas, entre otras.
