A lo largo del desarrollo de mi tesis de grado y doctoral he adquirido una amplia experiencia en la selección y empleo de biocatalizadores para la síntesis de compuestos potencialmente útiles como precursores de distintos fármacos. La producción de dichos precursores me ha llevado a explorar una amplia variedad de enzimas tales como Aldolasas, Alcohol deshidrogenasas y W-transaminasas, con el fin de obtener compuestos heterocíclicos de interés en la industria. Este contexto me ha permitido desarrollar habilidades de: - Cultivos de microorganismos: hongos y bacterias. - Clonado y expresión de enzimas. Purificación de proteínas. - Síntesis química y enzimática, purificación y caracterización de productos mediante HPLC, RMN, CG. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
