Desde el año 2002 he participado en consultorías de transferencia tecnológica a empresas, iniciándose estas tareas en Brasil, durante la formación de posgrado. Las principales líneas de investigación, dentro de las áreas de interés del GID-IE, grupo al cual pertenezco, son las siguientes:Energías Renovables; Control digital de convertidores estáticos; Sistemas de acondicionamiento de energía eléctrica: sistemas ininterrumpidos de alimentación, filtros activos de potencia serie, paralelo y serie-paralelo; Control de tensión y frecuencia para sistemas de generación aislados basados en fuentes renovables: microturbinas hidráulicas, sistemas fotovoltaicos y motores de combustión interna.Conformación, supervisión y gestión de microrredes eléctricas para generación distribuida en redes de distribución de baja tensión. Paralelismo de inversores monofásicos y trifásicos. Rectificadores controlados PFC monofásicos y trifásicos para UPS de media y alta potencia de doble conversión.
