Realicé mi trabajo final de grado y estoy realizando mi tesis doctoral en el diseño y caracterización de nanopartículas lipídicas que contienen fitobioactivos para el tratamiento de distintas patologías. Tengo experiencia en la extracción acuosa y orgánica de compuestos activos, espectrofotometría UV-Vis y FTIR, medidas de tamaño y potencial z en NanoZsizer, determinación de actividad antioxidante por DPPH o ABTS, cultivo celular eucariota y procario...
