Actualmente, se desempeña como becario postdoctoral del CONICET en el INTEPH. Su investigación se centra en el Valle de Tafí y el Valle Calchaquí en Tucumán, y aborda temas sobre la producción de arquitectura con tierra, con especial énfasis en los modelos de producción que involucran tanto inversión pública como privada (autoconstrucción, contratación de servicios de albañilería, procesos comunitarios y cooperativos). Además, investiga las innovaciones tecnológicas relacionadas con estos procesos y las organizaciones involucradas en ellos. También aborda temas como la integración regional y productiva, incluyendo la conformación de clusters productivos, y la recopilación de datos sobre el trabajo de las personas involucradas en esta actividad. Es miembro de la Red Iberoamericana PROTERRA (2022).
