I am molecular biologist currently working on Genetics and Improvement of Tomato at the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of Zavalla (National University of Rosario-CONICET) in Argentina. I am molecular biologist currently working on Genetics and Improvement of Tomato at the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of Zavalla (National University of Rosario-CONICET) in Argentina. I was educated in plant molecular biology and started transforming plants using gene gun and Agrobacterium at the turning of the century. I later focused on Risk Assessment then Environment Risk Assessment of GMOs and their associated pesticides. I published around 20 peer-reviewed articles in impact-factor international journals on these topics. I was an invited expert by the Academy of Science of Switzerland to be part of an evaluation report on LMOs. As well as having attended and/or being invited speaker at several events regarding evaluation of LMOs and synthetic biology in general, I attended the last COP- 15 in Montreal, as an Academic Researcher, and the recent online open-ended forum on Synthetic biology. My skills are in cell and molecular biology, as well as in statistics, and I am building capacities in Bioinformatics. My favorite models are human cell lines, rat and predator insects.
