La investigadora ha desarrollado actividades de carácter docente-investigativo en centros como La Universidad de Oriente, en Santiago de Cuba y en el Instituto de Investigaciones de Psicología Básica y Aplicada de la Universidad Católica de CUYO, Sede San Juan (UCCUYO). La caracteriza un pensamiento crítico, lógico y flexible. Cuenta con experiencia en el trabajo en equipo nacionales e internacionales, lo cual se evidencia en la vinculación a diversos proyectos, en los resultados en investigaciones y en las habilidades para la comunicación científica.
