Actualmente mi trabajo se avoca a la ecología del fitoplancton antártico, para ello cuento con conocimiento acerca de la taxonomía de los distintos grupos presentes en esta comunidad. Tengo manejo de distintas técnicas de preparación de material para el uso de microscopía óptica y electrónica. También cuento con herramientas para el establecimiento, mantenimiento y estudio de cultivos monoalgales. Asimismo, estudio desde diferentes aspectos la genética de protistas, me he especializado en filogenias, metabarcoding y metatranscriptómica. Cuento con un amplio conocimiento de distintos programas de computadora y métodos estadísticos para el análisis y procesamiento de datos. Finalmente, para dar a conocer los resultados en el ámbito científico, he confeccionado informes, pósters, artículos científicos, etc. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
