Durante mi doctorado trabajé en los efectos de Bisfenol A en el eje hipotálamo-hipofisario de la rata. Adquirí experiencia en: manejo de animales de laboratorio, técnicas de biología molecular, cultivo celular, inmunohistoquímica y radioinmunoanálisis. Durante mi doctorado trabajé en los efectos de Bisfenol A en el eje hipotálamo-hipofisario de la rata. Adquirí experiencia en: manejo de animales de laboratorio, técnicas de biología molecular, cultivo celular, inmunohistoquímica y radioinmunoanálisis. Entre 2009-2014 realicé un postdoctorado en el laboratorio del Dr Nicholas Webster, en UCSD, entrenándome en el uso de líneas celulares y técnicas in vitro. Estudié el rol de PPARgamma en la reproducción, utilizando ratones knock-out tejido-específicos. En el año 2014 regresé a la Argentina como Investigadora Asistente del CONICET. Mi trabajo se centra en evaluar los efectos de disruptores endócrinos como el Bisfenol A y las benzofenonas en el eje hipotálamo-hipofisario, evaluando efectos a nivel de funcionalidad, niveles de factores pro y anti-inflamatorios y sobre el proceso de autofagia. También interesa evaluar efectos de contaminantes sobre el eje hipotálamo-hipófiso-tiroideo. Cuento con numerosas publicaciones en el tema, lo cual demuestra mi experiencia en el área.
