Aislamiento, identificación y caracterización de hongos a partir de diversos sustratos (muestras de suelo, granos, semillas, etc.). Determinación de micotoxinas en extractos fúngicos y alimentos para humanos y animales mediante la aplicación de técnicas cromatográficas (HPLC). Análisis de la capacidad competitiva de hongos no toxicogénicos y desarrollo de éstos como potenciales agentes de biocontrol. Manejo y aplicación de técnicas basadas en PCR (amplificación en cadena de la polimerasa). Formación teórica en dichos tópicos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
