Durante mi tesis de grado he realizado cultivo celular y las técnicas microscopía, determinación de citoquinas por ELISA y zimografía. En el IMEX me interioricé con las técnicas citometría de flujo y manejo de microorganismos en nivel de bioseguridad 3. En la actividades asociadas a mi dedicación semiexclusiva del cargo de inmunología utilicé la técnica de westernblot, evalué muerte celular por citometrìa de flujo y realicé cultivos primarios de células de sangre periférica. Actualmente en mi tesis de doctorado estoy realizando un modelo murino de carcinogénesis y paralelamente llevo a cabo ensayos con lineas celulares utilizando diversas técnicas como citometría de flujo, inmunoensayos (ELISA, western blot, dot blot), transfecciones, reacciones de quimioluminiscencia, reacciones colorimétricas. Además, realizo cultivo de distintas cepas de levaduras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
