Soy bióloga con experiencia en ingeniería genética de plantas orientada al mejoramiento. Manejo técnicas clave de cultivo in vitro, biología molecular, bioinformática y fisiología vegetal. Además, tengo experiencia trabajando con la planta modelo Arabidopsis thaliana. He participado en proyectos de transformación genética enfocados en el desarrollo de variedades de soja tolerantes a herbicidas y en la producción de polihidroxialcanoatos en plantas de tabaco. Actualmente soy becaria doctoral CONICET en el grupo de Ingeniería Genética de Leguminosas del Instituto de Genética Ewald A. Favret, asociado al IABIMO de INTA-Castelar (Buenos Aires). Mi tesis se enmarca en un proyecto para el desarrollo de variedades de alfalfa tolerante a estrés abiótico mediante edición génica.
