He adquirido sólida experiencia en el aislamiento y elucidación estructural de productos naturales bioactivos. Manejo técnicas cromatográficas convencionales, incluyendo el empleo de HPLC (tanto analítico, como preparativo). Asimismo, estoy familiarizada con el empleo de GC y de diverso instrumental útil para la elucidación estructural (IR, UV, polarímetros y RMN). También cuento con cierta experiencia en la modificación estructural de compuestos mediante semi-síntesis. Durante el post-doctorad... Durante el post-doctorado he aprendido técnicas de cultivo celular y a trabajar en esterilidad, ya sea bajo mechero o en cabinas de seguridad biológica. Además, adquirí experiencia en algunas técnicas de biología molecular (transfección de células, purificación de adn, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, entre otras).
