Autora del 1er reporte nacional de mutaciones de resistencia a insecticidas en Ae. Aegypti por qPCR (Fay et al 2023). Responsable de validación a escala de diagnóstico de Dengue vía CRISPR (Curti et al 2020) y 2° autora de trabajo de dinámica de citocinas en Dengue (Espíndola et al 2024). Participo con UNdeC en la identificación de flias virales (bunya-flavi-alfa) en Ae qegypti. Docente en capacitación en resistencia a insecticidas en salud pública para realización de bioensayos, generando datos fenotípicos de resistencia para Posadas. He generado los 1ros datos sobre dinámica temporal de resistencia genética a insecticidas en Posadas (trabajo en redacción). 2-Genómica funcional de yerba mate (PICT 2021-I-A-01236), autora del 1° transcriptoma tejido específico (Fay et al 2018). Líder en secuenciación con Nanoporos-ONT para expresión génica en plantas con diferente contenido de antioxidantes.
