Mi investigación doctoral se centra en las abejas nativas sin aguijón (ANSA) en ambientes urbanos, con foco en la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy. Los objetivos son estudiar de la dieta de estas especies mediante análisis palinológicos de polen corbicular y desperdicio de nido - lo que permite identificar las fuentes florales utilizadas a corto y largo plazo - e indagar sobre el conocimiento que poseen los ciudadanos acerca de este grupo de abejas, así como los usos y costumbres asociados a los productos de la colmena (miel, polen, cera, propóleos, entre otros). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
