Experiencia en Citogenética y Genética Molecular, inicialmente en el área animal y humana y actualmente vinculada al área de mejora en la calidad alimentar. Dominio de una amplia gama de técnicas de cultivos celulares (sangre preriférica, tumores, piel, pelo, vilo corial y otros tejidos) y en análisis citogenético por bandas G comunes y en alta resolución, bandas R, C, Nor y fluorescencia in situ. En el área molecular, extracción de DNA y ARN por diversas técnicas, PCR,PCR alelo específica y qPCR, microsatélites con análisis por poliacrilamida y nitrato de plata y mediante fósforo radioactivo y RFLP. Experiencia en una amplia gamma de técnicas para evaluación de calidad de carne: pH, humedad, mermas por goteo, por cocción, por descongelación, parámetros de color, humedad, ceninzas, marmoleado, así como también medición del área del ojo del bife, extracción de grasas y proteínas. Experiencias en manejo de equipos de alta complejidad como NIR, RANCIMAT y HPLC para determinación de aminoácidos y en ensayos de conservación de alimentos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
