En nuestro laboratorio realizamos diversos estudios en el área de biología del cáncer, estudiando el rol de numerosas moléculas.Las técnicas que manejo son: Técnicas de biología celular y molecular (inmunohistoquímica, inmunofluorescencia, western blot, PCR convencional y en tiempo real, citometría de flujo (análisis del ciclo celular y apoptosis). Técnicas histológicas. Realización de ensayos de supervivencia, invasión y de migración. Manejo de animales de laboratorio y de modelos animales de cáncer. Manejo de células en cultivo: cultivos primario y de líneas celulares tumorales y normales. Manejo de software estadísticos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
