Soy Licenciado en Ciencias Químicas y actualmente estoy concluyendo la carrera de Farmacia, mientras realizo mi doctorado en la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas de la UBA. Mi trabajo esta orientado al estudio de polímeros y en particular en la modificación de almidones para producir alimentos nutracéuticos. Para llevarlo a cabo realizo diferentes tareas como síntesis de almidones modificados y extrusión de los mismos, además de emplear distintas técnicas espectroscópicas para la caracterización de los mismos: FTIR, Raman, UV-vis, HRMN, CRMN, entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
