Mi tesis doctoral se baso en el estudio del mecanismo de acción de MccJ25 en la cadena respiratoria de E. coli. Durante mi postdoctorado seguí trabajando con diferentes bacteriocinas estudiando sus mecanismos de acción y de inmunidad. Manejo técnicas de biología molecular,como clonado de genes, electroforesis. Espectroscopia de fluorescencia, purificación de proteínas,y técnicas de microbiologia.
