Mi experiencia en CyT se relaciona con la conservación de alimentos y el desarrollo de aditivos. Particularmente trabajé en la obtención de pulpas de frutos regionales para ser empleadas como fuente de antioxidantes naturales. Mediante estos trabajos aprendí sobre procesos de deshidratación por aire caliente y liofilización. Manejo técnicas relacionadas al análisis fisicoquimicos: pH, aw, humedad, determinación de compuestos antioxidantes, poder reductor, titulaciones, digestión in vitro y también realizar la manipulación de equipos: Peachímetro, higrómetro, anemómetro, espectrofotómetro, medidor de aw, estufa, mufla, agitadores, centrífuga, micropipetas, etc. Conocimiento en preparación de soluciones patrón y curvas de calibración. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
