Estudio del impacto de la via de wnt, mediada por beta catenina, y proteínas asociadas como hsp27, PTP1B y HER2 en pronóstico, respuesta al tratamiento, en distintos subtipos de cáncer de mama. estos estudios se realizaron a través de técnicas como western blot, inmucito-histoquímica, inmunoprecipitación, y análisis bioinfomáticos y metaloproteómicos. La toxicología de metales pesados como Cadmio y Mercurio fue abordada mediante un estudio interdisciplinario que involucró a la Química Analítica, la Biología Celular y la Bioinformática. Se estudió el comportamientos de beta catenina y HSP27 durante la toxicidad de estos metales, la existencia de transportadores de Mercurio desde el interior de células de mama humana. Mediante análisis metaloproteómico proteínas candidatas para estudios adicionales de toxicidad de Hg en la glándula mamaria. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
