Desarrollé técnicas de radioinmunoanálisis (RIA) para la detección de hormonas circulantes en pacientes anovuladoras con galactorrea (tesina). Posteriormente (1997-2004), realicé actividades relacionadas con la investigación (estudios moleculares en leucemias agudas), la asistencia médica y la docencia en Hematología. Desarrollo actividad docente e investigacion en UNCuyo desde 2008. En 2010 comence investigacion en IMBECU-CCT, Mendoza. Desarrolle mi tesis doctoral en 4 años, basada en el Estud... Estoy entrenada en tecnicas de extracción, purificación y cuantificación de ADN y ARN, RT-PCR, técnicas de secuenciación de ADN, inmunoprecipitacion, Western Blot, inmunocito-histoquimica, inmunofluorescencia, transfeccion de plasmidos en líneas celulares, manejo de cultivos celulares, purificacion de plasmidos, técnicas citogenéticas y obtención de células mononucleadas de médula ósea-sangre periférica.Fui becaria posdoctoral en IHEM, CCT-Mendoza (2015-2016). Actualmente soy Investigador Asistente de CONICET en IMBECU- CCT- Mendoza.
