Acredito experiencia con técnicas microhistológicas (procesamiento de heces y material vegetal) para estudios de dieta. He trabajado con biorremediación en experimentos de campo: bioestimulación con sulfato en agua subterránea contaminada con gasolina y etanol. Acredito experiencia en tratamiento de efluentes domésticos (humedales construidos y sistema hidropónico). Experticia en remoción de pesticidas en agua con uso de hongos (cultivo de hongos ? fermentación en estado sólido y submersa, producción de enzimas, caracterización del material fúngico por microscopia óptica / electrónica acoplada a Espectrometría de dispersión de energía de rayos X / EDS; actividad enzimática por ensayos colorimétricos / espectrofotometría; conversión de organoclorados por análisis de residuos - cromatografía). Poseo dominio de técnicas de PCR y experiencia en interpretación de secuenciación (barcode) para caracterización de microbiota de áreas sometida a la aplicación de agrotóxicos y su relación con la biodegradación de estos compuestos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
