Preparo y analizo muestras botánicas (herbarios y colecciones de referencia) y arqueológicas. Tengo experticia en el estudio de restos botánicos de interés arqueológico con lupa estereoscópica y microscopio. He trabajado con macro y microrestos botánicos (almidón y fitolitos), extraídos del tártaro ... Licenciada en Antropología (UNLP) y Dra. en Arqueología (UBA). He trabajado con macro y microrestos botánicos (almidón y fitolitos), extraídos del tártaro dental; residuos culinarios de diferentes tipos de materialidades; sedimentos arqueológicos y naturales. Mi tema de investigación es el estudio arqueobotánico del patrimonio biocultural culinario de los Andes Centro-Sur con énfasis en la Quebrada de Humahuaca y la Puna de Jujuy (Argentina). Como parte de dichas investigaciones, generamos un muestrario y Colección de ejemplares de cultivos andinos, preparaciones culinarias y afines que conforman la Colección Biocultural del Herbario JUA (FCA-UNJu).
