En particular, me enfoco en la caracterización de estos compuestos y en la evaluación de sus efectos biológicos, con el objetivo de identificar nuevas fuentes de moléculas bioactivas como actividad antimicrobiana y antioxidante que puedan contribuir al desarroll... Mi principal línea de investigación se centra en el estudio de compuestos naturales con bioactividad, investigando sus propiedades químicas y su potencial aplicación en diversas áreas, como la apicultura, la alimentación y la industria. En particular, me enfoco en la caracterización de estos compuestos y en la evaluación de sus efectos biológicos, con el objetivo de identificar nuevas fuentes de moléculas bioactivas como actividad antimicrobiana y antioxidante que puedan contribuir al desarrollo de productos terapéuticos, nutracéuticos o agroquímicos, siempre desde una perspectiva sostenible y respetuosa con el medio ambiente.
