En mi tesina de grado trabaje con la busqueda e identificación de nematodos en estromatolitos de la laguna de altura de Socompa de la Puna andina. Trabaje con diferentes metodos de laboratorio para llevar a cabo el aislamiento, cultivo in vitro, analisis de la morfologia y finalmente la identificación molecular. Las tecnicas aplicadas son utilizadas ampliamente en laboratorio como ser esterilización, plaqueo, reconocimiento en el microscopio, PCR, corrida electroforetica, bioinformatica entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
