Soy Licenciada en Ciencias Biológicas de la Universidad Nacional del Sur, con orientación en Biología Celular y Molecular. Decidí esta orientación porque es de mi interés desarrollar mi actividad profesional en este área. Para ello elegí el laboratorio de La Biología del Cáncer, en donde realicé mi tesis de grado y aprendí el manejo de técnicas como western blot, cultivo celular, cultivo primario a partir de biopsias humanas tumorales, RT-qPCR de tejidos tumorales en fresco y de cultivos celula... Soy Licenciada en Ciencias Biológicas de la Universidad Nacional del Sur, con orientación en Biología Celular y Molecular. Decidí esta orientación porque es de mi interés desarrollar mi actividad profesional en este área. Para ello elegí el laboratorio de La Biología del Cáncer, en donde realicé mi tesis de grado y aprendí el manejo de técnicas como western blot, cultivo celular, cultivo primario a partir de biopsias humanas tumorales, RT-qPCR de tejidos tumorales en fresco y de cultivos celulares y modulación farmacológicas y genéticas de proteínas de interés por el laboratorio. Además, aprendí técnicas como inmunohistoquímica, histoquímica, inmunofluorescencia y espectrometría de masas. Para estos últimos casos además aprendí el manejo de programas bioinformáticos para la adquisición de imágenes e interpretación de los resultados.
