-Conocimientos en el área de la fitopatología e interacción planta-patógeno.-Manejo de técnicas de aislamiento de proteínas a partir de tejidos vegetales, y producción de enzimas de origen fúngicos.-Manejo de técnicas y equipamiento para determinación de contenido proteico, nitrógeno, compuestos fenólicos, azucares, actividad enzimática, fibra.-Manejo de técnicas cromatográficas (Cromatografía de intercambio iónico y exclusión molecular) y electrofóreticas (SDS-PAGE,PAGE, revelados proteicos y por actividad).-Manejo de técnicas para evaluar in vivo e in vitro el efecto de extractos con actividad inhibitoria sobre la germinación, desarrollo micelial y efecto preventivo sobre infecciones poscosecha de infecciones fúngicas.-Determinación de contenidos de macro y micronutrientes en matrices de origen vegetal, determinación de actividades biológicas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
