En mi carrera de investigación he enfocado mis actividades en el campo de la investigación y desarrollo, en distintos áreas de aplicación; como son la electroquímica y ciencia de materiales metálicos, así como la química de alimentos y materiales poliméricos biodegradables. He realizado mi tesis doctoral en: "Materiales compuestos biodegradables con usos agronómicos a partir de raíces tuberosas". En la actualidad, me encuentro realizando tareas de investigación como investigadora asistente del CONICET en materiales biodegradables con incorporación de residuos vegetales de distinto origen para aplicación en envases, embalajes y recubrimientos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
