Dominio técnicas de análisis de proteínas: electroforesis SDS PAGE y tricina SDS-PAGE, western blot,técnicas de dosaje espectrofotométricas de proteínas de bradford y folin, columnas de mesada de exclusión molecular, hidrólisis enzimática de proteínas, dosaje de grado de hidrólisis, etc. Dosaje de metabolitos secundarios de plantas(compuestos fenólicos, flavonoides, taninos, etc).
