Me inicié con el "método de los elementos finitos" orientado a la mecánica de los fluidos, técnica que previamente dominé durante mis años de profesional en el INAA (ex-INCYTH), donde desarrollé una serie de programas dedicados al análisis de la agitación inducida por oleaje debido a la refracción y la difracción en el interior de puertos costeros. Con posterioridad, y ya de regreso a la RA, me dediqué a la aplicación de códigos computacionales de aguas poco profundas, típicos de ambientes fluviales. En los últimos años, mi interés se concentró parcialmente en la forma de capturar e interpretar los datos de campo con perfiladores acústicos Doppler (aDcp), para lo cual diseñé un software específico de procesamiento y visualización. Todo esto sin descuidar mi interés por la hidrología aplicada, por la aplicabilidad de balances hídricos y por la automatización de la captura de información agro-hidrológica a los efectos de promover prácticas agropecuarias más sustentables (y en lo posible, más rentables). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
