Dra. en Ciencias Biológicas y Lic. en Biotecnología (UNR). Mi formación se centra en microbiología, fisicoquímica e ingeniería de bioprocesos aplicados al desarrollo de soluciones biotecnológicas con potencial de transferencia. Durante mi tesis doctoral trabajé en la producción de biosurfactantes utilizando subproductos industriales de bajo costo, optimizando el proceso mediante diseño de experimentos desde escala de laboratorio hasta fermentadores. Dra. en Ciencias Biológicas y Lic. en Biotecnología (UNR). Mi formación se centra en microbiología, fisicoquímica e ingeniería de bioprocesos aplicados al desarrollo de soluciones biotecnológicas con potencial de transferencia. Durante mi tesis doctoral trabajé en la producción de biosurfactantes utilizando subproductos industriales de bajo costo, optimizando el proceso mediante diseño de experimentos desde escala de laboratorio hasta fermentadores. Como resultado publiqué 7 artículos científicos, participé en congresos nacionales e internacionales y co-dirigí estudiantes, incluyendo pasantías y tesinas de grado. Actualmente soy becaria postdoctoral en IPROBYQ, donde trabajo en desarrollo de procesos y diseño de cepas productoras de glicosaminoglicanos mediante plataformas basadas en B. subtilis y en la producción de proteínas alternativas recombinantes por fermentación de precisión. En paralelo, fui CTO de Levar Biotech liderando I+D en ingredientes sostenibles. Además, cuento con más de 10 años de experiencia en docencia universitaria, siendo actualmente JTP de Fisicoquímica.
