Fundamentalmente en la síntesis de compuestos heterocíclicos, péptidos y peptidomiméticos. Desarrollo de metodologías sintéticas. Síntesis de compuestos bioactivos, fundamentalmente heterociclos. Experiencia en la elucidación y caracterización de moléculas pequeñas. Usando para ello fundamentalmente técnicas de RMN, HRMS e IR.
