Soy estudiante de Maestría en Ciencias Biológicas de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana donde a tráves de un proyecto financiado por Colciencias realizo síntesis de flavonoides y derivados heterocíclicos nitrogenados mediante cicloadiciones 1,3 dipolares, además de trabajar también en la síntesis de heterociclos y carbociclos mediante reacciones por radicales libres catalizadas por compuestos organometálicos y evaluando su actividad antiproliferativa mediante la evaluación de la viabilidad celular por técnicas colorimétricas y estimando el tipo de muerte celular mediante microscopia de fluorescencia utilizando anticuerpos y citometrías de flujo. En el momento también trabajo en un proyecto donde se evalúa la actividad dendritogénica tanto de flavonoides y diferentes derivados sintéticos como análogos de nicotina, este proyecto es finnanciado por la universidad Javeriana y se realizan las mismas técnicas mencionadas anteriormente pero con Neuronas provenientes de un cultivo primario. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
