Trabajo en fisiología de frutales, durante la cosecha y la postcosecha. En precosecha, hago determinaciones a campo de largo de brote, diametro de fruto, radiación, temperatura y otros factores climaticos. A cosecha determinaciones de parametros de madurez, productividad y daño por asoleado y granizo. Durante la conservación determino parametros de madurez. Hago mediciones de parametros bioquimicos (% de inhibición del DPPH, concentración de ácido gálico, de MDA, de antocianinas y concentración de ácido ascórbico). A su vez, determinaciones de alfa farnasenos, trienos conjugados y escaldadura superficial. Trabajo en determinaciones de enzimas antioxidantes: Catalasa, Ascorbato peroxidasa y Superoxido dismutasa. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
