Estudio la dinámica de los bosques montanos del noroeste de Argentina (localmente conocidos como Yungas), mediante sistemas de parcelas permanentes de monitoreo forestal. El principal interés es analizar la demografía de las especies arbóreas y los patrones de acumulación de biomasa en relación a los cambios sucesionales (e.g. regeneración del bosque luego de aprovechamientos forestales) y a los cambios ambientales globales (e.g. cambio climático, cambio en el uso de la tierra). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
