He trabajado extensamente sobre la historia de la juventud y los movimientos juveniles en la historia argentina del siglo XX desde una perspectiva política, cultural, y de historia del género y las sexualidades. En términos metodológicos, mis investigaciones se basan en la combinación de escalas analíticas (micro y macro) y de diversos tipos de fuentes (orales, escritas, visuales).
